I was just wondering about this cuz i am curious to see the times of ovulation in different women. I would like to know how long your menstral cycle is and when u believe conception was and ur expected period. Most people believe on a typical cycle they will ovulate on the 14th day... and i was just wondering how true that may be

Well Brittney, my children where all conceived after I was married to their father for several years. They where all planned and I can not pin point the exact day of conception since we made mad passionate love for several days in a row. The sperm that got the egg could have been sperm from 5 days prior to ovulation, to that one little sucker that got her right in the nick of time 7 days later.
14 day cycles are quite typical, but my sister ovulates about the 3rd day after her period starts. She one of those exceptions to the rule. She couldn't get pregnant for years because her & her husband where doing it at the wrong time. After the invention of the Home ovulation kit, she was pregnant with in the month.

Mine was all over the place. First baby, I had normal cycles 5 to 7 days then second baby I had cycles that only lasted for 4 days then by baby #3 I had no cycle for 6 months and yet I still conceived go figure! Then needless to say I went back to having a 5 day extremley heavy cycles and then here came baby #4! Now tubes are tied thank goodness!

My last period was April 25, 2006. I ovulated May 9, 2006.
I'm 18wks pregnant. Due January 30, 2007

my period was weird, i would have a 28 to 30 day cycle. After I went to the doc. she told me my date of conception was none other than Feb. 14th. lol I guess the romantic things my husband done worked!!lol

when i concieved my daughter, i had my period for 5 days, ending on the 5th of may 2005, i conceived may 23, expected period around the first of june?

I got pregnant on the 13th of April. Day after my period ended.

my son was conceived 14 days after, so yea that is true depending on your cycle, hope it helps

i was told on valentines day that i was pregnant with my son .. so dont really know for sure .... all i know is he came 5 weeks early he was supposed to be my halloween baby
