I have been with Virgin Mobile since Dec 2002. At first, they had some things I didn't like, but I have seen the service improve over the years.

The only real problem I have with them is their limited coverage areas, but hopefully that will improve, too.

I have checked out TracPhone as a comparison, but Virgin Mobile has TracPhone beat hands down.

I think VM is a good service. The best? I really don't know that.

Never heard of it...T-Mobile is the best. They have better phones and plans. Cingular is okay. My first phone was Cingular. But they lie about their dropped calls. I was prepaid before on my first phone and you know how much money I wasted???
