I know a good vitamin supplement that is really good for a lot of different things so possibly psoriasis... It has really helped me out with everything from energy levels, hair and skin growth, my skin is the softest it's ever been and it's also helped with my alergies as well as with my working out. You might want to check it out, it's really awsome and even from just a health standpoint it's really great.

Sorry to upset you but there is NO CURE for psoriasis, it is a genetic complaint. All you can do is to have a well balanced diet, if you do this extra vitamins are not required (in spite of what manufacturers tell you!!) Topical applications can help to soften the lesions and reduce itching but proper medication is the only way to control the outbreaks when they occur.

I'm not sure if there's a cure for psoriasis. You just have to drink plenty of water and keep the affected patches clean and moisturized. Try using a good lotion or thick moisturizing cream on the affected areas.

I found psoriasis cream at the Dollar Tree Store and it worked wonders. It took about a week. I have been using the cream every day till the tube is gone. I had it on my elbow.

Vitamin E and fruit are good food. Go to the drugstore and get some Cerave cream or some other highly potent moisturizer.
