Hi There!
100% true-- that is the reason you have many female secretaries.
I think evolution of human being wanted woman to handle (multiple) kids and house hold chorus
from thousands of years ...while men needed
single minded focus on hunting animals ....
So end of the day we have MAJORITY men -- doing focused activity( GOOD at math etc)
and MAORITY women can do multitasking roles( GOOD at being mother, secreatry etc).

Women have been taught since humans began they have to clean the home, grow vegetables, prepare and cook the other foods the men bring home, keep an eye on and protect the children they bear, and care for the man's needs when he arrives home.
Men have been taught they have to catch the food for their family to eat and protect the family from larger predators.
I should note that not all women CAN multi-task, nor all men CAN'T multi-task. I had a co-worker who was male and could care for three running computers plus two telephones at the same time (and record the happenings of them), and I also knew a woman who found it rather difficult to take notes (basically listen and write at the same time).

I'm a man, an older man, an I must admit to the fact that science has proven that women unlike me are able to think and reason with both sides of the brain at the same time. Perhaps that it the reasn that overall women are the best drivers.

women are more in toon with their surroundings. they have to be ---mom,nurse,teachers,provider,cleaner etc. a woman can hear and respond to 2-3 other different conversations while taking on a task. what do men have to do ? uh! pick up the remote control after working 8 hrs. and stare at the tv & scracth their a*s. wow! look out ---that's muti-tasking for the male species.

because women are smarter lol. I dont know really, but generally woman do multi task more.

I don't. I seriously doubt there is any correlation between sex and the ability to multitask.
