TOTALLY! thank you! i know so many idiots at my school that think they're way cool and they should wear their pants so low that you can see the bottom hem of their boxers. i swear. you people get out of mini vans like that? hello? im surprised your mother doesnt say anything.

OK, coming from a familty of police officers (except me) My brothers tell me this style is to show disrespect to the cops....Dunno why but that is the style. Funny thing is most perps are caught because their friggin pants fall down while they are trying to run away......Too Funny!
