I think it goes to "Adore" by the Smashing Pumpkins.
At the point when this CD was released, everyone was sick of BC and pretty much even one hated this group, I STILL DON'T KNOW WHY!! Everyone in the 90s dismissed the SPs and thought Corgan was a whiny brat (which he is.) Even still, this never diminished his amazing melody compositions and song writing skills. Adore is such a GREAT CD, even just for the 5 great songs on it (maybe some of the other songs are not so great, but that's beside the point!) The first 3 songs on this CD knock me on the floor every time I hear them, and there are more on the CD that I love. Anyhow, rambling... what CD do you feel is most undeerated????? 10 points if I agree haha.

I think Fiona Apple's cd, When the Pawn was terribly underrated. Start to finish amazing songs that speak so true and to the heart. You can feel the heartache in "Love Ridden" and knowing how it feels to finally say goodbye to someone and breakup. Perfect song, perfect album!
