what is a yeast infection ???
To much yeast used in the ingredients when your making bread....
what are it causes???
Not following the recipes instructions....

It's an overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina. Now, bacteria is normal and very healthy down there, so you do want some, but there is such thing as too much.
Causes--deoderant products down there (from those deoderant "sprays" they sell to tampons and pads), using regular soap to wash with (I have to use Summer's Eve Feminine Wash), to sitting around in wet or damp clothing (such as a bathing suit but can also be just from when you workout at the gym). Heat and dampness breeds bacteria. You want to keep it dry down there.

What she said up there. Also bad hygiene wash it up often. And don't sit on anything that is dirty like a dirty bath tub n dirty hot tub etc.
