Has ne one heard about slipknot breaking up or r they just split for a while

They're in a "hiatus", this means, they'll separate for the moment. They're working on their side projects (Corey and Root in "stone sour" and Shawn in "To my surprise").
Corey has said that they'll release another album in 2008 and Mick mentioned that there's a new dvd coming out soon too.

I would say not. But they need some time off so Corey and James can do the Stone Sour tour. Hopfully Slipknot will be back soon.

NO!!! of course they didnt!!! they are just on a hiadus right now (a little break) while corey is doing stone sour and a few other band members are doing their other side projects... there's like 1,780 more days until they are back again :( it sucks!!!

I know System of a Down did but I haven't heard anything about
SlipKnot. If they are breaking up too that will suck.
