When did Steve get back to Salem. I thought he stayed in the town with his old life and Kayla walked out. When did he return again?

He left Cincinnati and his old life the very next day (after Kayla), he's been back in Salem for awhile now. When he returned he asked Bo for help on restoring his memory and offered to help Bo win Hope back too.

He returned last week right after Kayla left and went back to Salem. I'm just glad that the new writer is keeping these two. Just about everyone else is getting axed from the show. Even Austin and Carrie will be gone in November. But, yeah, it was the next episode when he came back.
