i was wondering what year exactly cause it only has all the copy rights from 1935, 1946, 1961, 1964
the size of the box is roughly 2 feet wide 1.5 feet tall and 2 inches thick

Typically, the manufacturer will show the current manufacturing years copyright, to ensure they have the latest copyright date available... notice there are several years between the first three dates, but only 3 years between 1961 and 1964. I'd say your game was made in 1964... it may have sat on a shelf for up to a year, in a store, but I doubt it. I would suggest further follow up by visiting the manufacturer's website.
