Plenty of times! I used to order stuff from the catalogue, wear it and send it back, regularly. For a while I also used to 'return' stuff, getting my receipt stamped at the post office, but only stick the returns label down by a couple of corners. Needless to say, a lot of them fell off and the goods were sent back to me as my address was also on the parcel. But I still had my stamped receipt to prove I'd sent it back! Great scam until the catalogue twigged what was going on (God alone knows how many people were doing the same thing!), and started doing plain, not sticky, labels that you had to sellotape on. Damn!! it was good while it lasted....

Once upon a time I bought a pair of shoes for a funeral.
I intended on keeping them however I stood up the whole time at the receiving of friends the night before the funeral and the shoes killed my feet. Still new, even the bottom of the shoes not the least bit dirty, I returned them and got my money back. However I did buy after making another selection, another pair of shoes that were more comfortable, from the same store, the same day.

No..I usually don't buy things if they are only going to be used once. That is just stupid to waste the money on something like that...then to turn around and waste your time and effort taking them back.

yep, bought a battery at wal-mart just to take it outside and jump my car with it. Left my car running and took it back minutes after I bought it. can I count this as part of my fifth step?

a condom. nooo im just kidding. no not really. actually, i think once. i bought a car battery cause my car was having starting problems. so i thought id try to replace the battery, and since that wasnt the problem, i just returned it to wal-mart. hehehe.

Umm just jeans once..!!! I thought they looked glorious but were a bit loose on me…(And I was almost sure it wouldn’t fit)….but I just wanted parade in them in front of my mirror..so yeah ..and then I gave em back..:D

no, i have never done that..but i do know this girl that did, she would buy a real expensive shirt or dress, wear it once and then take it back..to me that is a glorified way of stealing
