Does hurling a stone through the passenger side window count? Couldn't get the plate. But the puppy was saved. February 2006.

Cruelty to animals or humans should be reported at any time.
Someone dumping their pet not only endangers the animal but humans also.
If the animal should run into traffic,being scared as it would be, it could cause havoc.
I would report the bastard in a heartbeat.

i think human beings think of that in the event that they provide their pets to the take care of they are going to be positioned to sleep even although they might have a miles extra good time living interior the wild & may even starve. It makes me actual unhappy certainly, on each occasion i hit upon an animal in this concern I attempt and help them out.

Definitely. If someone cannot or does not want to take care of their animal any more, there are plenty of shelters to take it in. When we choose to have pets, we owe it to them to be responsible for their care and well-being - they did NOT choose us. Animal cruelty makes my blood boil.

oh I’m a animal person…I would be pissed off..!!! I wouldn’t report them…but I would surely take the pet….and maybe give him a call and let him have a piece of my mind..

Yes, I would. That's unsanitary man! That's gross!!! Because you know that with time that animal will stink and flies will be all over the place.
Report it... I'm assuming the animal is dead. You don't really specify it in your question.

I'd snatch up the animal and take it home with me. I would give it all the love and affection those a**holes didn't.
