You definetely can but the best thing is communication. You acquire such feelings cos you like him/her. If you like a person, you should let him/her know about it. Communication and honesty is the key.

Not love, but if you think that those who bash your team and its fans are human too, and they are just bitter and voicing their opinion, if you don't take their insults too personally, maybe you'll end up making some internet friends even on the other side of the fence -- making friends in your own camp is much easier.
I'm not friends with any of the people who bash my team, but I exchanged a couple of messages with a few of them, and we could have civil conversations after all. That's a way to start.
And of course, you have a lot in common with the people who root for the same team as you.
But love, nah, you can't love anybody on the internet. The internet is way too tricky.
I'm sure, however, that if we all put some effort into it, we can make this forum a better place. It's time to stop the hatred and the fighting, and to be friends.

Not love but I respect a few people here like Awesome Bill and Exploradora who give rational answers without resorting to slagging other teams, players or nationalities.
I actually don't mind Juventia and Touzours (and their respective supporters) now they have backed off and taken a few deep breaths
Dislike not hate because hate is too strong a word: yeah what exploradora said: those gay_dude @$$clown$.

Love is a strong word, but I think I get along with and appreciate mostly everybody here on the forum (except those damn clowns).

I totally agree with Jay R. You are a classy and down to earth person who has a sweet personality. I like you a lot for who you are. I have never seen anyone on this forum who is so nice as you . Not only can you bring love in this forum but teach others how to love each other. You are truly a "sweet heart."

Absolutely; especially a Juventus fan, in Texas their are not many people I can even have a conversation with about Juve or Arsenal,Chelsea or anyone else.

i love people who possess common sense and who don't blame others for their teams losing. on this forum, there are a few who i admire for being classy and down to earth. it's you and awesome bill
