pretty much any cellphone on the market has the capability. but for most, you have to sign up for an expensive service plan, and unless you have a very fancy phone, the downloading and sending of e-mails takes forever.
you might want to look into pda cellphones with keypads that make typing e-mails easier and usually come with better email editor software.
for ease of use, i am partial to the treo 650 or 700. one of the best email programs out there.

SideKick. But they are so big...the Samsung D807. My bro has it, but it has worse picture and photo quality than the D807. But T809 don't have e-mail, but who cares. Cellphones are replacing computers. Who needs a phone with internet??? It's so stupid. They might as well just stop making computers and make better and FASTER phones. People today are just so caught up with the LATEST PHONES AND THEY ALL WANT TO GET THEIR HANDS ON ONE. It's ridiculous...

Treo w700, sony 550, sony 800, motorola razer.....
treo w700 is the best. small enough as a phone big enlough to sending e-mail nor web browsing.

I purely lately all started texting from my e-mail and that i have realized that your e-mail website has to help the guy's cellular provider who you're texting. in the journey that they don't help it, the textual content received't deliver.
