What type of chores does your teenage do? How much do they get paid a week? I really need to know...Thanks

Excuse me but I should get paid for helping out and I shouldnt have to pay rent in my own house.

i do my own laundry, etc, and i dont get payed

okay well I would say that cleaning your room and doing your own Laundry, you shouldn't get paid for since its your room and your clothes, BUT I will be paying my son for doing the lawn and doing the dishes and vacuuming the house and cleaning the bathroom(unless he has his own bathroom, then he will not get paid for that). And I think he will get about 5 bucks for every chore that he does. Plus I will give him money if he is going out and stuff. I think you should get money for doing the extra stuff, not for cleaning the things only you mess up!

Anything that contributes to the household you live in. You should not get paid unless you plan to pay rent in your house.

i do chores but i dont get paid. its sooo unfair. i dont even get a penny for doing the dishes and other stuff

What is the alternative ? Good apartments are $ 500.00 (USDA) or more per month where I live plus utilities...

I do everything and get nothing

no seriously... I do all my own stuff... dishes, laundry, that sorta stuff and I get no allowance.
