im goin to universal studios tommrow and my cuzin and me we r both 13 goin by ourself witout adult do u think they'll let us in we gettin free tickets for kids 13 and under from burger king i think

I doubt that they will let minors in the park. Also, check the BK tickets to see if it says you must be accompanied by an adult. Back when I was a kid there was no way we could go to an amusement park without an adult but maybe things have changed...
