My mother and I have a friend (Max Castro) that has a power to tell the future. I find this understandable, but how come very few people recieve this gift? Is there truly a way to see the future?

This is another area of science that people will forever debate about. It is often considered a "gift" or a "talent", others hold the belief that it is a natural ability inherent within all creatures (including humans)... they just have yet to discover it and hone it's use (like practicing to skate or juggle).
There are reports that animals that can sense when a quake or other "natural" disaster is about to happen. Scientists have actually begun studying this phenomena, as well as the other "so-called" psychic abilities with more than the usual skeptism... this study is called Parapsychology. It has nothing to do with Aliens and UFO's or other oddball stuff, but tries to go into detail about these abilities the human mind is capable of doing.

How come those people with such a "gift" can never win the lottery, since they shoud know the winning numbers?
Because they DON'T have a "gift", except that of being able to convince guillible people that they can see the future (which they can't really do).

no there is not. only God knows the future. max probably has the ability to guess. if we could see the future then why aren't we saving species from extinction and stopping global warming?

I have seen the future many times. For instance, I saw myself getting injured when someone threw a baseball at me when I wasn't ready to catch it. I KNEW I was gonna get hit by the baseball.

i don't know how but i can sometimes see things that happen during my future, it's wierd, and i caa't predict when it happens
