I have a blister on the bottom of my big toe, but it isnt big and filled with liquid like you would think. It is rather flat, but hurts. What is the best way to make it heal fastest?

lance it with something that has been cleaned with alcohol. The but a antiseptic on it. Cove re it with a band aid.

Use an over the counter blister treatment bandages or pads. Band-Aid, Dr. Scholls and Abreva are some of the brands that make these bandages.

Go to the beach, remove your shoes and socks, and walk on the bare sand where the waves lap the shore and it should act as an exfolliant to rid you of your blister.

quit wearing the shoes that created it. add another layer of socks good fitting socks. wash with alcohol morning and evening but let it dry before putting your socks on.

Don't wear shoes at home. It needs air to heal.

stop picking at it. keep it clean with peroxide and maybe get a little foam ring at the drug store to keep from walking on it all the time.
