It will be for a 13th birthday, held from the late afternoon, continuing into the evening. The party will be outdoors. The color theme is orange, lime, and magenta.

The pool area should be decorated (and maybe the pool itself?)
The back yard needs to be decorated as well, as there will be music and dancing in addition to swimming and jacuzzi. Please help me! Also, if you care to email me with help, I'd appreciate it.

Yea, I'm in California. The only theme will be centered around the three colors : lime, orange, and magenta. Things can also have to do with 13 and me.

Capture the Flag party: Mail a colored bandana out with each invitation so everyone knows their team. After the game, the party's on.

Karaoke party: Rent a karaoke setup, and let your friends entertains you all night. It'll work in lieu of going to a real concert (and music tickets are not cheap!)

Mall scavenger hunt: Make up clues for different stores. You could give each team a certain amount of pocket money and actually send them to buy their own party favors!

Scary movie night: An underrated and low-cost idea that works best as a sleepover. Bonus points if you have a sibling go outside and scratch at the window at the right moment!

Mardi Gras
Everybody is going to be informed on the invitation to dress up in something to do with mardi gras. For music to hire a DJ, for entertainment. For decorations buy some color tiki lights and hang them around the patio and the fence as well as the umbrella and spa. Have streamers and balloons hung everywhere for our food we are going to have snacks and food thus being mardi gras. A Mardi Gras theme party has everything. Decorations, costumes, music, great food, masks and thousands of beads!

Get white Christmas lights or allow them to shine through the
colors somehow

I just love your colors

Did you try looking around for some unusual center pieces
at thrift stores
and possibly spray paint them orange lime and magenta
throw some glitter on them
it really looks great when you outline things using white lights
ask around perhaps your friends can even loan them

play games like do a fashion show with all the colors you have mentioned
Take an empty cardboard box that appliances come in and cut it like a door
spray paint or cover it in a mixture of those 3 colors you were speaking of in neon colors

Have your friends put together an outfit of the 3 colors that you have mentioned and dress how ever they want to dress
and have fun doing it with unusual sunglasses
and spray paint things to match what ever you will wear.
Make sure no one tells the other what they are going to wear.

It will be fun and silly and you can have a wonderful time creating
things for your memorable birthday
