Who likes the show, "24"?

Question

I see where it won three Emmys. Why would anyone wanna watch a show that could turn into a nightmarish reality at any time? If what is portrayed on that show were to actually happen, how many people would you think would wanna watch it after that?

People will always watch shows like that. It takes them out of their own reality and puts them in a place that isn't real but yet safe. You can always turn of the tv or change the channel, but you can't run from what is actually going on around you. It's basically like a safe way to cope what is or could be.

ME! i love 24! what about all those other show like "Kidnapped" or "Law and Order" or "CSI" ........ everything on those shows could happen to you, just with 24 its more dramatic an its on a national level and we're all a little shook up with all the terrorist threats out there...... i think they try to avoid anything happening at the time...... and think about this, JACK (the main character, who always wins) ALWAYS WINS!!!.......... i think that with all the protection we have, none of the stuff on 24 would happen, at least on such a dramatic level
