i hope you tried the restaurant level management first. Often the problems are referred back to the store level and you will get a call from the restaurant manager. So, if you have talked to the management, mention it in your email so you don't go araound in circles.

The number for NPC (the company that owns the franchise) should be on the box. I can't remember the guy's last name, but the district mgrs first name is Mike. Store mgr is Shelley

mississippi pizza huts are known for their poor service
the one here in our small mississippi town had good food if you could get the staff to make anything close to what you ordered the same day you wanted it
I am convinced they realized that they got paid the same either way and it was easier with no customers
After many years, it was recently closed down, even though it was the only pizza store in town
