The Kama Sutra is excellent for developing a better sexual relationship with your significant other or just anyone. Keep in mind that the Kama Sutra is made for long sexcapades. I have a copy laying around my dorm somewhere and it has brought my girlfriend and I much pleasure.
I'm not really that flexible to begin with, but she is. Its not really all about flexibility, truthfully. The man you are with needs to be experienced and he needs to be strong. Those are the biggest aspects. Get a copy of the book, maybe a copy of the Perfumed Garden as well, and start to explore each other and what really drives you both wild. The Kama Sutra is designed to bring sexual power (somewhat) back to the female and let her control the pace a little.

I've been interested in Kama Sutra for years. There are so many good books on it out there that you can read and then when you find a partner you can practice it both together. I suggest that you read into it more first and get to know the practice and your own body. Then when you find a partner you can get them into it by teaching them. So much more sexually this way, thats how I did it. I love yoga and do it daily it really is a good source of exercise and to relax from daily stresses not just for sexual flexibility.

Yes, the kama sutra will add a new flavour to your love life (assuming you have a partner :)

Karma Sutra is about the "Art of Making Love" a great book... which contains no religious hatred at all.

They should put a copy of the Kama Sutra in every hotel room - not a bible
