I great place that will make your self faster is taking Speed and Agility Classes. If you have a Health quest near by, thats the place to do it! I did it one year, and it helped alot! But other ways that cost nothing is basiclly just running regularly. Hoped I helped!

make somebody real mad at you,,you can run faster scared than someone thats mad.
or get a good pair of running shoes an hit the track with a timer to give you a time to beat each day.

get a hat. Hook a rod to it, dangle a pizza off of it just at eye level.

Get a match, light it....place lit match against buttocks.

Ok.....seriously......wind sprints.....100 yard dashes.....several times a day. run, catch your breath, run again. then, get some ankle weights. becareful....add one pound to each foot....wind sprints again......add one pound every week or so.......once you're up to 4 -5 pounds on each leg.....and running as fast as you were before using them, take them off.....and then time yourself. It should help. If not....sorry. It is a fact, sometimes you can only run so fast no matter what you do. But, I'd give that a try.

run, start off normal, and increase to sprints, then back to normal. If your a beginner, I would start with a few minutes normal, and sprinting for about 15 seconds, back to normal for a few minutes, etc. dont overdo it though. over time, you will begin to run faster after your leg muscles have built up

my husband told me to go by time NOT by distance. 4 blk. in 20 min. 1 wk., 6 or 8 blk in 20 min. the next. that was after our son was born. but makes sense. for indurance, i use to run a little, walk a little. decrease walking, increase running. but it's up to you.

before u run..make sure u take food. like rice ..that can make u more energy...before ready to run u must warm up...belive u r self. u are more fast from other. keep that on u r mind.

have ya thought about working out, going to the local track...maybe getting a treadmill, even going as far getting a trainer???

or if you can't afford that just get a big, mean dog to chase you..lol (j/k)
