If you mean binding, I would go with flow. They are super easy to get on and off fast (which is key for the park or the midwest) and they allow more foot contact with the binding.
My next pick would be the k2 cinch as they have a similar design as flow.

It depends how much you want to spend and what your looking for. I never spend that much on bindings as basically as all they do is hold your feet in place. I personally usually go for Ride bindings, but if you go for any reasonably well known brand you will be ok.

Binding? Ride, burton, but don't buy Ride boots, they fall apart and the company doesn't stand by the product.
