That certainly doesn't sound like anemia. Please see a doctor soon. With anemia, you are generally just a bit tired, often with a paler complexion and whiter lips... What you're describing sounds more complex and warrants a checkup!

Good luck, and feel better!

It's possible, but the rapid heartbeat, weakness and nausea can be caused by the insomnia. Giddy spells are not a sign anemia. Shortness of breath ? Maybe but not likely. How much caffeine do you take in? Are you on any herbal medications? When you stand quickly do you feel like you are going to faint? It could also be a heart condition, a rapid heart beat one consistently above 100 beats per minute should be checked out by a doctor, soon.

hi there. i was anemic for a while and didnt have any of those symptoms except for feeling week. I felt tired quite often and was usually very cold....you may have it but on a different level. i'm not sure giddy spells have something to do with it though. lol although that would be amusing to see! lol no but really....you ought to check out what your doctor thinks he can do for you....at least maybe he could fix the insomnia problem for you. good luck hun!

You need to see your doctor. It could be anything. You could be having a stress reaction, heart arrhythmia, or you could even be pregnant.
