PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE TO PHILLY!!! I live here and it's horrible, and I'm trying to move to New Jersey. The crime is ridiculous, and I don't even risk going out at night. Take my word for it. Texas is probably a lot better. The houses out here suck, too. They are all right next to each other, and you can here people next door banging their loud music. The houses aren't big, they don't have nice sized yards, the gas bills are RIDICULOUS, I don't even know how they get that high when my family is never home. Take my word for it, I don't even know you, and I'm trying to keep you from a big mistake. I could say a million things about how terrible it is out here, but I hope I've conviced you how much it sucks...
