Go buy a body building magazine. There is a Mr America and a Mr Universe contest. In fact, Arnold Schwartzenegger won the competitions seven times in a row.

It's sponsored by the World Bodybuilding and Fitness Association (http://www.worldbfa.com/index.html).
Unlike beauty contests for women, it focuses on, well, bodybuilding and fitness, as in, muscle development.

There is....it is a muscle building contest.
But if you mean something comparable to Miss America.....no one wants to see a man waltzing around in an evening gown or strutting his stuff in a thong. EWWWW.
