The best way to boost energy is through exercise. Supplements are very temporary. They boost your energy for a bit then you come crashing down.
Next time you get tired go for a run.

You may feeling sleepy for a number of reason. Your body may be deficient and lacking certain vitamins and minerals. If your blood level is low for instance, you may be lacking iron and should take an iron supplement You may be not getting enough sleep. Coffee is good for a quick-fix-me-upper...but you need to get to the root of the problem. Get a check-up from your doctor and have him run some tests. In the meantime you could try taking a multi vitamin & mineral supplement.

It may be a simple Iron Deficiency. If you are often tired, maybe you are not getting enough sleep, or a deep enough sleep. It could be your diet, keeping you from getting a good night sleep. Some foods are associated with making people sleepy. Triptophan, common in turkey, makes people sleepy after a good thanks giving dinner. You may have a food allergy which results in being tired all the time.

For now, try two things, more sleep, and a multi-vitamin WITH IRON.

If it still persists then you may want to consult a physician.

A good dose of sleep should do the trick there is nothing like a good nights sleep! Lot's of people do not wake refreshed! Because of snoring gasping for air you move in your sleep and fade back to snore. never getting the deep sleep you need. Dreaming sleep remember when you really dreamed and remembered?

Supplements are okay, if you're not worried about getting hooked on them after wards.

I'd recommend regular exercise: you have more energy to do things in the day, and on top of that it's healthy.

But if you still want to use artificial stuff, use any caffinated(sp) gum or any energy drinks.

You should go to a Doctor and get a checkup. A supplement of the wrong type could make you feel worse.
