No, I'd sue both him and the company for everything I could possibly get. Go get an attorney ASAP. And if you haven't already, file a police report on him for assault. I also hope you went to the emergency room. Hopefully, the attorney has a doctor to send you to.

nope, I'd take him to court, sue for pain and suffering and loss of wages. Go to corporate office and get HIM fired

no, I would torture him for the rest of their life. I would let the air out of his tires, oreo his car, steal his parking spot, cut him off on the freeway, shoot paintballs at his house, put burning dog poop on his door step and ding dong ditch his house at 3am. and that's about it.
