Slope = m, through the point (9, -3)

Slope Intercept: y=mx + b

y=4(x - 9) - 3

use the point-slope formula first =)

y - y1 = m (x -x1)

so....

y - -3= 4 (x- 9) : y + 3 = 4x - 36 : y= 4x - 39 which is slope-intercept form =)
