I want restore default configuration to my ROUTER and SWITCH.
I need to use which commands.

on a router delete the start-config and reload, on reload when it asks you if you want to save your running config, make sure you say NO, or you will have what you started with.

on a switch its the same only you also have to delete your vlans

The hardware way, I'm not sure. If you can log into the router, you can type in 'erase start' in privileged exec mode (# mode).
