I appreciate that you do not want this material coming onto YOUR personal computer. But this seems to be a CONTROL issue that you two need to work out. Especially since you can't stop the links from coming through email spam....so he'll catch on real quick that you blocked these sites, and then you'll have to have the talk with him anyway.
So be upfront with him, about what you are going to do. No surprises.
You can accomplish this permission in your PC Content Advisor, and then set a password so that the setting can not be changed.
Here's the path:
In your Internet Explorer browser go to TOOLS> Internet Options > tab CONTENT > frame Content Advisor > button SETTINGS
At this point you will encounter request for Administrator password (IF one has been set)
Enter the password if required, or create one if you want.
Next
select tab APPROVED SITES
then enter the URL for the site you want and click
either button ALWAYS or button NEVER.
Next
select tab RATINGS
and for each category select it, and then adjust the slide to the level you want.
If you do not have the Administrator password, you will need to ask the Administrator of your PC (yourself, your parent, whoever the administrator is) and get them to give you the Content Advisor password.
finished
stw.

Internet Explorer has an option to block websites from your viewing screen.
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools / Internet Options / Security Tab
Click the red circle Restricted Sites
Click Sites ... button
There you will find a list of restricted websites.
Instead of typing in http://www. use the shortcut *.
Then type in the rest of the address
Example: *.casino.com
Click Add / OK

in all honesty - tell him you know and you don't approve; otherwise you'll need a webfilter program - their should be some 'free' ones available that are deisgned for parents to stop their children from accessing unacceptable material but an adult may very well figure out A. what is going on and B. how to circumvent it - you could also buy a filter such as net nanny to block unwanted content

You better start "putting out" to satisfy his need. Then he won't need that "wabsite".
There' virtually no stopping it. The internet has replaced "yesterday's Playboy magazine".
A guy is a "guy". He's not dead. What's the big deal?

You can't stop it. When in Rome, do as the Romans. Quit being such a prude and go buy some sex toys.
