I've personally never used or heard of OMN maybe it was a typo. I don't think OMN is chat lingo. When in doubt you can always ask the person you spoke with that OMN means. This would probably be the best thing because I've looked it up and found no OMN lingo for chat. Sorry.

Well I have had a text like yours and when I search up on the internet it said it stands for " Oh my n*gga ", " Oh my Nikki"


(The reason why I did this * in n*gga is because I don't like the word so yeah .....)

i would either say that is it a typo and the person either meant omg or imo. I am leaning more towards the imo, which is in my opinion. so imo, it was a typo

LOL=Laughing Out Loud
El término LoL es usado tambián para expresar sorpresa si va con exclamación o como "no entiendo" si va seguido de interrogación.

Lo famoso que es este término ha provocado muchas variaciones de LOL, sin razón alguna, tales como pseudo-pluralizaciones (ej: lols, lolz), repeticiones sin sentido (ej: lolololol, looooooooooool, lolllllll), extensiones (ej: llol que significa "literally laughing out loud" (literalmente riéndose a carcajadas)) y juegos de palabras (ej: lollerskates). Tiene un sobreuso humorístico, tanto que llega al punto de que llega a ser estúpido (ej: ROFLOL y LOLOL). A veces, las oes son reemplazadas por oes con o sin alternación (ej: lo0o0o0o0ol, l000000l) (véase: 1337). Aun cuando su significado es en inglés, es usado en muchos otros idiomas, incluyendo el español (ej: LOLAZO), e incluso en otros símbolos (ej: En Arabia: لول).

También se usa en ocasiones de forma atributiva (e.g. "Eres un lol") o adjetivada (e.g. "¡Qué lol!"), refiriendose a personas, en cuyo caso sería una burla, u objetos, indicando falta de seriedad.

Esta forma de expresion tiene más que ver con la forma de cara al tener asombro, por eso el círculo que representa a la boca abierta en signo de dicha situación, se ocupa con un fin abreviativo.
