Ummm, wetting your panties is a LOT different from an orgasm. To have an orgasm you need to have some type of physical contact to stimulate yourself. I am sure there are plenty of women out there who have seen some hot guy and gotten a little "moist" but in my opinion that doesn't constitute an orgasm...
