maybe a diet or exercise?

I'm a d cup right now and they hurt my back. I don't want surgery right now.

It's going to greatly depend on your overall fat percentage right now. If you're overweight, then reducing your fat percentage will quickly reduce your breast size, since breasts have a high fat content.

If you're relatively lean, and still have large breasts, then this would be a bad option.

I'd recommend looking at a good nutrition and exercise program. The exercise (include resitance training) will also increase you bodies ability to easily support the "frontal" weight.

Go to a good gym, find a good female trainer, explain your problem to her, and ask her to give you a good workout program.

diet & exercise are a good option but may i suggest you also consult your local pharmacist. check high quality ergonomically correct bras. also note: most back problems/aches are caused by waring high heels & or other poor ergomonical shoes. not to mention bad mattresses & poor sleeping habits. my point is dont blame all your back aches on the plus size of your breast. perhaps you been blessed.

Im 34 cup d..
well it doesnt hurt my back and i wear a medium not a small bcuz small wwill be small on my breasts..
nyway wat i do usually is weights.. they work.. they tone them up and they actually shrink.. i can wear a c cup now..
hope that ehlps.. and ofcourse diets help.. but if skinny dont.. but u arentbe on a diet

In addition you may want to do back exercises to strengthen your muscles to handle the weight.

do weights for youor chest u will increase the muscle size but lost the breast, pussh ups bench press ect...
