My own twin sister is spreading lies on me, saying I tried to kill & molested her baby, & everyone is believing her lies. My other sister falsely accused me of hurting her children, but yet they keep asking me to watch their children. I'm glad I just moved away, but the rumors are still soaring. How can I deal with all this slander?

If you moved away and the lies are still going on...stay away. If you do have to go back, confront people who believe the lies and start setting them straight. My husband's relatives lied about us and it still hurts tremendously for everyone involved. If you know you are in the right, people told us to watch how we slept. If you are in the right, you will sleep like you always do. The guilty do not find sleep comforting. Personally, I would stay away.

Have you been charged with anything? Have the police been called and taken any statements?
And since you SAY that you have recently moved then why worry about it if you have not been charged with anything?
Sounds like you need to just stop all communication with your family. If all their accusations are false then with a family like that, who needs enemies.
Ignore them, stop communications with them, show them that their lies can not and do not hurt you.
As long as they are getting you riled up and getting on your nerves then they will continue to harass you. Prove to them that you are better then that. Show them that they can not win and are fighting a losing battle.
Your thousands of miles away from them now so just relax and take a deep breath. If they call you, check caller ID and if it is them, do not answer. If you must answer the phone then if it is them, be short, simple and to the point in telling them that you are busy and on your way out the door and hang up.
You are allowing them to have power over you.
Once they realize that what they are doing is not causing you any stress or causing you any mental break downs then they will stop.
