First, get your foot off the gas....,then, nose first cover your brakes and when you are 1/2 way in to the curve you can slowly accelerate to come out . remember not to much speed some curve can kick you out because your approach is to fast ,practice practice and you will be good with no problem. i hope this will give you the confidence to become a better driver, i know you will.

First before you start to turn, about a 100 yards away Turn your turn signal on.
Then tap the brake as you enter the turn. Follow thru with turning the steering wheel in the direction you are turning.
After you have passed the middle of the turn accelerate and straighten out the wheel.

Yes I pass the sign then turn the wheel as much as needed, to maintain control and stay in your new lane of traffic.

When I was learning to drive the instructor taught me this: Brake in and gas out. in other words, brake into the turn and as you complete it, apply gas slowly to resume your speed. I still hear her in my mind when I turn a corner. (thank you, mary ann!)
