You must remember this, a kiss is still a kiss, a sigh is still a sigh...
Little notes (needn't directly say anything about love), glances, a touch of the hand -there are so many ways to say "I love you" without using those 3 words.

Sometime action speak better then words. Maybe instead of just saying I LOVE YOU all the time you can just show it sometimes by doing something special for that person. You can always say You're special to me or I admire u instead.
