In terms of teams that could go undefeated, I think Texas Tech, Boise State, Florida State, and Louisville can all be added to the teams you mentioned.
Both Clemson and TCU are nice sleeper picks, the Tigers' biggest tests this season come against Florida State and Virginia Tech; both games also happen to be road games. Will Proctor is a mobile QB, I believe the offense will be improved; the defense, which finished 20th in the nation last year, returns most of its starters and should be quite a force again. TCU finds itself in a similar situation...it's two toughest games are against Texas Tech and Utah. Like Clemson, TCU has an athletic defense and an improving offense. I doubt both teams can go undefeated though.
Oregon is my deep sleeper team this year. Granted, they have a tough schedule with games against Fresno State, Oklahoma, Arizona State, Cal, and USC...but with the exception of USC, they should have a chance to beat all those other teams. Their spread offense worked wonders last year; as long as the Ducks can find a reliable running back (which they seem to have now in Jonathan Stewart), there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to keep up with anyone else in the nation in terms of putting points on the board. The linebacking corps is solid; bigger question marks arise in the secondary, in order for Oregon to be succesful they need to find a pair of adequate corners.

SDSU will be worse this season than last season. They just lost HC Brady Hoke to Michigan. Hoke was the primary reason this team was at all mentioned as semi-competitive last season. Without him, they are nothing. If I were Boise State, I wouldn't worry about that game at all. San Jose State 3 hardest: @Stanford @UCLA @BYU BYU will be good again this season, meanwhile Nevada has lost almost everyone.

Tennessee could sneak up on people considering their fall from grace and the fact that several needed changes have been made, I think they could come back this year with a vengeance with a few good bounces of the ball.
