If the road goes through your property and it is not being used, then you can attempt to have the county's easement, which allows the open use of the road, to be rescinded based on abandonment. If the road is deeded and not just an easement, you can attempt, through adverse possession, to obtain legal title to it, if your use of the road is open, adverse to their use, notorious, and is established for a number of years, typically 10 to 15 years.
