About the only thing I eat that a lot of people can't stomach is very rare steak. What I saw on time, years ago, was once when my grandmother was away and there was no lunch prepared, my grandfather made himself a sandwich with a couple of slices of braunschwieger (goose liver) topped with miracle whip, put a hand full of Oreo cookies on his plate, pour a cup of cold coffee and make a meal of it. Sandwich, cookies for chips, and cold coffee. It was hard to watch.

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays I have this recipe for lunch (Wednesdays and Fridays I go out):
1/2 cup Go Lean Crunch cereal
1 can Chicken of the Sea tuna packed in water
Stir together. Don't drain the tuna.

Bacon sandwiches with strawberry jam. I got addicted to this when I was helping a friend during harvest time on the farm. It grossed me out when I first saw him make one at the table, but he said to not judge until I tried one. So I made one right there. Have been eating them as a special treat since.

Things that gross me out-
Those packages of liverworst and cheese slices
The packages of ham with the pickles and whatever else in it LOL
Sardines and mustard YUCK
pickled beets or eggs
Any kind of meat that still has the head and eyeballs attatched!
