Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. Otherwise no one knows what to look for.

A GS550 eh? Lovely bikes. I had a really beautiful one, and sold it owing to a non bike related accident, and the guy who bought it off me wrecked it in 3 months. I wish I could help, just wanted to say what a pleasant blast from the past your question was.

I would try www.gstwins.com.
GREAT web site - check out the forum board.
You'll pick this as the best answer 'cause that web site will give you more information then you'll ever know. You'll also be able to converse with other GS500 people like myself!
