4 1/2 innings if the home team is winning. 5 innings if home team is losing. Also, the home team is responsible for fan control, the umpire can call the game at anytime if the fans get out of control; home teamforfeits game. If players are ejected and there are no replacements 4 the ejected players, that team forfeits the game.
If a team fails to take the field after the allotted time, it will forfeit the game. All forfeits games count in the standings.

Official Rule 4.10 parts (c) and (d):
(c) If a game is called, it is a regulation game:
(1) If five innings have been completed;
(2) If the home team has scored more runs in four or four and a fraction half-innings than the visiting team has scored in five completed half-innings;
(3) If the home team scores one or more runs in its half of the fifth inning to tie the score.
(d) If a regulation game is called with the score tied, it shall become a suspended game. See Rule 4.12.
To add to this, if the visiting team ties it or goes ahead in the fifth and then the game is called, it is not a game, because the home team never got an opportunity to bat for their full inning, in case you were wondering.

At the end of 4.5 innings with the home team ahead. If the home team is behind, they must complete 5 full innings for the game to be counted as a game.
Cheers!!

Five or more innings and the score is not tied. Play can be suspended after this time and continued on another day, most often when there is a tie score. There are all sorts of crazy rules about this.
