I dont believe these schools have "requirements" per se, they look at your overall application.

I know that none of the top schools have a cut-off for SAT scores because they take into consideration much more than the score of one test out of all your years in high school.
However, here are the average SAT ranges for each school
MIT - 1430-1570
U of NC - 1210-1390
Duke - 1360-1540
These are based on the 1600 score.
On the 2400 scale,
MIT - 2145-2355
U of NC - 1815-2085
Duke - 2040-2310
