My question is why is he or she secret? And what does being secret have to do with oral sex? Nobody forces me to do anything I don't want to do. Force is like rape.....leave this situation.

well I would suggest that u get to know the guy better if he is ur man then mothing is wrong I mean I looooooooove when a guy would propose sex to me like every time but having orals if u don't feel comfortable then don't let him to do it.
