If you have some standing in the case, you will need to show how this action of the show, has harmed you directly or that there are some points to the case where you are directly invovled.

I'd say if anyone could sue over the latest version of Survivor, it would be the contestants. I'm sure they signed a few dozen agreements to prevent such a suit.

Don't think so. I'm sure their lawyers were all over it before they shot it. You do know this upcoming series is over and done now, right? All the have to do is show it. The best and most effective way to show you don't like it is to organize a boycott of their sponsors and stick to it. They'll get the message much faster than a law suit.

You can't sue someone for a conflict of interest unless you have standing. As a viewer, you do not have a justiciable cause of action. Sorry.

You don't like it? Get a new TV.
My TV gets NBC, ABC, and FOX as well. I don't watch Survivor - never have, never will. So I know it is possible to not watch what offends you.

To bring a civil suit you need to be able to make a prima facie case for damages. How are you damaged? My television has 150 channels - yours has at least 3. Change it!

Yes, I know you can!!
First, find an attorney and pay her/him a large retainer.
Then, sit back and wait for the monthly legal bill to come in....
