i'm trying to tone up my stomach, i relaly want nice abs, so if you know and good workouts to tone up ur abs, that would be great...u dont have to show me any sites, you could just tell me, but if possible sites would be good to(with pics) thank you so much! xoxo

Buy a yoga ball ( ya know the relly big ones that you sit on). Sit on the ball and place your feet on the floor just as if it were a chair. Then move your feet out until your butt is baerly on the ball. Lay back on the ball and sit up again. Just like sit ups. The benefit of the yoga ball is that its WAY more comfortable on your back and prevents your lower body from doing some of the work for you to pull you back up. That way you get a better and more comfy workout.
Also, throughout the day tightnyour stomach for 10-15 sec. then release. repeat about 20 times per set.

1.)Do slow crunches, raising up your head and shoulders for 10 seconds and lowering for 10 seconds. do 4 sets of 8-10 reps per day
2.)Using an exercise ball. Place the middle of your back on the top of the ball. Raise your hands over your head and clasp them together like you're praying. Stay in the same position with your body bringing only your arms down diagonally to the left of you towards your pelvic bones in one smooth motion and bring them back to the starting position. Do 4 sets of 8-10 reps, switching sides every time you go back up.

do 6 inches and things like 6 inches
if u don't know what those are, u lay down on the ground and raise ur legs 6 inches for 45 seconds...then rest for a minute and do it again...if u do that twice a day, then u'll be set..
sum things like six inches: scissors..just do 6 inches but instead of just lifting ur legs, u have to lift them and kick ur feet (like a flutter kick in swimming)
if u have sumone to work out with, another thing to do is say u were laying down on the floor and ur partner is standing above u (above ur head, facing ur feet)..u grab onto they're ankles, and u lift ur legs all the way up, and ur partner pushes ur legs down to the center, left, and right
the good thing about all these workouts is that they also work out ur legs
and if u wanna work out ur legs, do bicycles, where u just pretend like ur riding a bike while lying down on the floor
do all of these 2x for 45 seconds 2x a day
trust me, they work

when you do your exercise make sure that your always tighten your stomach that always help and crunches.
