Trust me I have had these little mishaps, all woman have. Wet the area with cold water, put some hydrogen peroxide(you can get it anywhere drug store, Wal-mart) rub lightly, repeat until stain is gone and launder as usual. IT WORKS!

This WORKS:
1.) Make a paste with meat tenderizer and a little water.
2.) Using an old tooth brush, scrub the stain with the paste.
3.) Allow to set a while, possibly over night (this gives the enzymes in the meat tenderizer time to "digest" the stain).
4.) Launder as usual.
GOOD LUCK!!

I've always used enzyme products, with the oxy name on them, or BIZ is a more common product you can usually find in the grocery stores. Soak it for at least a couple hours in a warm water solution using this product.
This is good for any kind of organic substance, like milk, grass, food stains, etc.
I would not use peroxide on something that is color, it will fade the color, I believe.

peroxide, if theres any blood left, it will bubble. If that doesnt help, then try re-washing them again with the oxi clean. also try scrubbing the stain with a toothbrush and oxiclean. Let me know if this works!

Look for Carbona Stain Devils at the store. They are little yellow bottles with different stain removers, and they have one for blood. I find it works well.

Apply peroxide to the stain. That is if you haven't put them through the drier yet. Peroxide eats away at the protein in the blood.

Use that dual action spray-n-wash stuff. You know, the bottle that has the pink stuff on one side, and the clear on the other...works WONDERS! Takes anything out of anything. I use it for stains on my carpet, and in my clothes.
