You might be allergic to one of the fillers or additives that the company uses. Try a different multivitamin and see if that helps.

Never have ever heard of getting a headache from a vitamin. First I would be sure that it is the vitamin that is the cause by stopping the AM vitamin and seeing if the pain is related to taking this supplement. If the headaches are still present in the AM even without taking the pill, then it is not the vitamin that is giving you the headaches. If the headaches stop in a few days then start the vitamin pill again and see if the headaches return. If they return and stop when taking or not taking the pill then that is the cause. Caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches. A sore neck can cause headaches that are usually referred to the front part of the head. Headaches can come from many triggers, such as tension, High Blood Pressure, Stress, Migraines etc etc. So if they are new in onset and you have not had them before and you cannot find out a cause for them, I would suggest you seek medical attention to try to get a diagnosis.

OK... here is a little hint from me to you... When your DR gave you the medication to take.. he already knew that it would cause problems... Now if by chance your meds were filled at a pharamcy who gives you a little sheet of paper which tells you about your meds... read the bottom that tell you... you may feel this... like chills and headaches... the madness is this. Doctors give you meds that they know will trigger other things, it sad but thats how they stay in business. Get rid of this and start this.. if you dont believe me, I'm going to clue you in on a self buy, so you can see it for yourself... It's called the PILL BOOK, and you can buy it at CVS...which use to be OSCO DRUGS.. The book is about $6.00 and it will tell you about the pill, and what taking the medication will help and what the side affects are. Side affects are the beginning to a new illness.. Good Luck

I cannot take vitamins at all due to an allergy to one (or more) of the synthetic ingredients (the vitamins are synthetic equivalents of those found naturally in food).
Every time I took vitamins, about 3-4 days into the regimine I would become ill... cold-like symptoms. When I would stop taking them, I would become well again.
I spoke to my doctor about it, and he said that it sounded like an allergy to something in the vitamin. I tried different brands, but to no avail.
Without being allergy tested for each and every "ingredient" in the vitamin there was no way for me to find out which one(s) I was (am) allergic to. And since I couldn't afford to do that (too much trouble anyway), I quit taking them altogether.
Now I simply try my best to eat the proper foods (in the right amounts) each day to get what I need.

Are you taking it with food? Vitamins on an empty stomach can cause problems.
