It would be nice if I could receive an email reminder, maybe even help with a budget.

YAHOO has a great calendar, and you can set it to send e-mail reminders to you when something is about to be due (handy for birthday reminders, tax payments, etc).

Forget the calender, go to the store and purchase a copy of Microsoft Money or Quicken. Once you enter in your billing information the programs will give consent reminders when they are due. These programs also have budget wizards that walk you through the entire process, with reports that give you feedback on how your doing.
